Not far from the bustle of Oxford Street, Bar 92 is a welcome oasis: a stylish and sleek respite from the outside urban hum. Despite its basement location (beneath the Black and Blue steakhouse) the bar is a clean and bright space with lots of polished wood and red leather bar stools (try the Blueberry Margarita). With bar tenders hailing from Sloane Square's The Botanist, the cocktails are of a high calibre. There's also an intelligently put together wine list and an above average array of bar food. The vibe is stylish but understated and the décor contains a nod to the US: black and white photos adorn the walls and the atmosphere is agreeably relaxed with the added bonus of table service.
