Defying description as simply an ‘Irish Bar’, from the moment you spot the massive wooden paddle wheel and barrel of Bailey’s in front of The Brewery, you know you are in for something special. Located right on the sunny Vilamoura Marina, The Brewery is a sprawling venue perfect for sharing a pitcher of sangria with friends, watching a sports match while grabbing a bite, or letting your hair down to the wee hours of the night. Inside The Brewery, the wooden theme continues and with the proximity to the water, almost feels at times as if you are on a ship – an Irish vessel, no doubt as Guinness flows generously at The Brewery. This ship rocks come night time as touring bands light up the stage and a fun and frolicking staff hold sway behind the bar and make sure you don’t leave without having a good time. In addition to Irish-inspired libations, a full cocktail menu is served – they are said to have the best gin and tonics on the harbor – alongside a large variety of lighter beers like lager and cider, which pair perfectly with the sizzling bar bites.
