A speakeasy-style space in Bangkok, Q&A Bar is without question one of the most refined places in the city to sip both newly-minted and classic cocktails.

In the heart of buzzing Bangkok, Q&A Bar has emerged as the epicenter of expertly crafted libations in a city that is embracing the current cocktail craze to the fullest. Long a town more known for draft beer bars and backpacker hangouts, Bangkok has been shedding this reputation big-time in recent years, and the hidden Q&A Bar is helping lead the charge. Lying behind an inconspicuous green door, Q&A Bar rewards all those who seek its slightly hidden locale with a polished atmosphere unlike anything else in the city. Flickering candlelight, dark woods, and slick leather seating all set the mood, with a team of sharp-dressed bartenders – many of which are city-famous from their esteemed work at previous venues – taking their cue from the atmosphere, to shake up elegant and delicious cocktails. Drinks like the Ambrosia Cloudy Punch – house-infused green apple vodka, cloudy apple juice, muddled kiwi fruit, lemon juice, and absinthe leaf garnish – and the nutty Comte De Monte Cristo – port wine infused with coffee and pecan flavors mixed with premium dark rum and herbal Italian liqueur – are fantastic examples of Q&A Bar’s expertise. Reservations and sharp attire are highly recommended as the intimate space tends to fill up in a hurry, and like most, once you sip your drink, you’ll likely want to stay for a while.
