The Colombian capital has an enviable party scene, particularly in the affluent Zona Rosa area is where you’ll find a clutch of interesting and exciting new shops, popular bars and restaurants. One of the top spots is El Fabuloso, located on the seventh floor with views out over the city. The design is particularly impressive and the venue is intended to resemble a picnic spot up on the roof. Wood plays a big part in the look of the interior, giving a rustic touch to the decor. The ceiling of wooden blocks is particularly striking. There are several different seating areas, for dining and drinking great cocktails, as well as an inviting outdoor terrace which is the best place to enjoy those views of the city below. El Fabuloso is well stocked with beer and they do a great range of pizzas too should you get hungry – it’s also a popular brunch place. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, as is the crowd this place attracts. In a word: fabulous.
