Taking guests on a culinary and cocktail-filled journey to Italy, MAST’ is home to a unique ‘bottle keep’ system and authentic cuisine, helping it stand it from a crowded field of Boston bars. Upon entering, you catch a glimpse of their most prized procession: a pizza oven imported all the way from Italy. This beauty cooks pizza pies in the blink of an eye and serves as anchor for the decor and inspiration for the menu at MAST’. The other prized possession is the staff, many of which are Italian. MAST’ excels itself at making guests feel right at home, and this is highlighted by their bottle-keep service – a mechanism that allows guests to buy a bottle of their choice from MAST’S expansive liquor list and then have it stored for them at the bar, returning to sip it at their own pace. Once a bottle of spirits is purchased, the guest is given a membership card and the bottle is labeled with their name and stored away in a unique bottle-keeping cabinet. Upon return to the restaurant, all a member needs to do is present their card, and their bottle – along with a mixer of their choice and premium filtered ice – will appear at their table. If you don’t sign up with the bottle-keep service, you will find a wide range of cocktails – featuring a spectrum of flavourful Negronis – craft beers, and Italian wines to wash down the classically Italian pizza and pasta.
