The Rummer

The Rummer, a historic Inn in St Nicholas Market, has been revamped to create an excellent restaurant and cocktail bar. The selection of spirits behind the bar is huge at over 300 varieties, it’s one of the largest in the region – and the bar tenders really know their business (tutored tastings are available if you’re really keen on your cocktails). These guys know how to make a truly superb gin martini and their medieval cellar bar is a deeply atmospheric space in which to linger with a drink.
