A late-night piano bar just opposite the classy Martinez. It’s equally plush and sophisticated although in a more classic 50s new wave French film way. You may not find J.P. Belmondo at one of the tables but movie stars from the festival pack are in here post-midnight for music and drinks that flow until late. Martinis are taken at dark corner tables although whiskey-sours drunk by louche film academics seem part of the scene. Bar-staff are wise and attentive with the confident in-control air of those who have seen it all.
