Popular at any hour, this swanky duo serves up classic elegance, traditional American fare and a delightful array of classic concoctions and homemade brews. Despite its popularity as a tourist attraction, there’s simply no denying that the two-storey restaurant and bar command the best views of Chicago from atop their location along the Magnificent Mile.
Take the exceptionally quick elevator to the 96th floor and treat yourself to a Rosé Picante – an intoxicating medley of Patrón Barrel Select Añejo tequila, cranberry purée, Virtue cider, ginger syrup and a dash of lime juice – or perhaps a Godiva Chocolate Martini – made up of Godiva Chocolate liqueur, Dorda double chocolate liqueur, Pinnacle whipped vodka and a healthy dose of cream. If you’re not in the mood for one of The Signature Room’s house cocktails, then instead peruse their impressive beer collection or their varied wine and champagne list, available by the glass or the bottle- whichever tickles your fancy.
For the best seats in the house, make sure to arrive before twilight to avoid queuing for the prime spots when the sun starts to set. In case you’re looking for a less crowded view, head to the ladies’ bathroom to experience an uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling view to die for.
