Proudly declaring that they are “No Bar No Disco”, Chinaski manages to blend the best of both to create something new all together in Frankfurt. Aiming to be a place for those who still love a fun night out, but aren’t quite looking for clubs full of nothing but college-aged revelers, Chinaski is a mature mixture of club and cocktail bar that manages to master both. The interior of Chinaski is simply stunning, with jagged wooden tile floors, white brick walls splashed with palm prints, and bold royal blue and purple seating. The bar has a bombastic graffiti mural behind it, exemplifying the mixing of styles that Chinaski is proud of. Whether at the aforementioned main bar or the slightly-hidden Tribute Bar – a reservations-recommended artisan cocktail experience – the drinks at Chinaski are the memorable main attraction. Dozens upon dozens of premium spirits have been sourced from all over the globe, and feature in their alluring line of signature cocktails. The Chinaski Lemonade – premium dark rum, elderflower liqueur, lime, and ginger ale – Woodpecker – oak barrel smoking chips infused gin, citrus, sugar, and caramel – and the Mr. Chow – premium aged dark rum, lime, plum liqueur, lychee juice, and sugar – are just a few of the examples of the craftsmanship that goes on at Chinaski. All the classics are also shaken alongside a surprisingly extensive wine card. The cocktails are complemented by the sounds of a resident DJ with an esteemed reputation in Frankfurt, all leading to easily one of the best nights out in the city.
