Located on the rooftop of a modern building in the heart of the city, the view is very much the thing at M-1. The appeal is immediate: you are surrounded by the domes and spires of the Old Town, waves of sloping terracotta tiles framed by far off green. There’s a large terrace and a glass-fronted inner bar, both stylishly furnished, with cool green seating and white walls; there are few better places in the city to contemplate a cocktail.
