Roxy is the glam new cocktail bar at The Park Hotel, already home to the swish Someplace Else and clubbers’ favorite Tantra. It’s a glamorous venue with a hint of 60s chic. The design has a contemporary elegance, with panels of shimmering aluminum placed alongside exposed bricks. The furniture also has an intentionally retro feel; it’s playful and bold. The bar is well stocked, with a wide ranging international wine list. The bartenders are skilled and can turn their hands to the classics as well as to more modern mixed drinks. They also stock cigars, if that’s your thing. In the evenings a DJ plays, perking the place up and giving the city’s pretty people something to groove to.
