Bar Kick
London-City and East London
May 11, 2018
Today the bar is East London’s most popular table football venue, where you can enjoy a couple of games on the retro B60/B90 Bonzini tables while drinking a couple of beers from the extensive menu and catching live sporting events on the large screens. People tend to flock here for the entertainment and not for a quiet catch up with friends over a drink – though there are plenty of places to socialise in between games.
The focus of the drinks menu is beer with a wide selection of bottles from around the world. Sagres, Estrella, Corona and Heineken are just a few of the pilsners available with Leffe and Hoegaarden dominating the blonde choices. Kick Bar also has solid selection of classic cocktails if beer isn’t your thing. Collins, mojito, and old fashioned all feature along with some lesser-known choices. They also have three different menus, one sharing option with plates of cheeses and cured meats, buffet packages for parties and celebrations and then a truncated sports menu with burgers and hot dogs when they’re screening live events.
Head to Bar Kick between 4PM and 7PM to enjoy the daily happy hour and grab yourself a cheap beer before a game of table football. The venue’s website keeps its live screening up to date and Bar Kick also has a sister venue at Exmouth Market in London’s Clerkenwell.
