Located in the atrium of the Hilton at Heathrow Airport, Dancers bar will be your perfect reprieve from a busy day of travelling. Enjoyable and relaxing, you would never expect an airport hotel bar to have such a well-trained staff and delicious cocktail list, and yet here it is.
Whether you come in for people watching or with your colleagues in between flights, the Dancers Bar will show you a good time and make sure you will never think of that time as wasted. The wine list is well sourced from all over the world and reasonably priced, but we urge you to consider trying out a cocktail or two. Thankfully, the staff is well trained and could take charge of any cocktail bar of the city, it would not disappoint. Be tempted by a good old classic such as a Caipirinha or a Daiquiri or shake it up with the house creations, either a fun and sparkly take on champagne cocktails or their specialty martinis. The French martini, a smart mix of Smirnoff ref vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice is surprisingly refreshing. If you’re feeling adventurous, opt for the Jade, a champagne-based cocktail shaken with midori melon, blue curacao and Lime Juice. The flavors are powerful, and the drink is seriously fun inducing.
What is so great about Dancers Bar is that you will probably enter out of sheer boredom and the wish to get out of your hotel room and end up having one of the best nights of your trip. All the travelers mingle into one fun group and that “one drink only” before bed soon turns into several. The bartenders are fun and amicable and keep the crowd happy and entertained with their impeccable storytelling and cocktail creations. In a smart move, the hotel also enables you to have delivered to Dancers food from their adjoining restaurant Oscar’s, a slightly upper scale venue. Not in the mood for a full-on meal? Dancers also has a small menu of finger food to help keep your hunger at bay.
