Put something that may have felt stuffy in the hands of David Collins and he’ll breath new life into it. Which is exactly what he’s done here. It’s blue but it’s a light blue and the place feels just as luxurious without dipping into staged Victoriana. Elegance is the theme and décor aside it also filters through to the discreet and well – trained staff, the quality of your mixed liquid of choice and cigar – if you must! Quietly indulgent, don’t come here thinking of letting your hair down – unless you can laugh out loud on the inside!
