A modern Parisian style brasserie in the most desirable spot bang on the Monaco harbour. And it’s far more than just a brasserie; the interior walls are given over to art exhibitions; the gorgeous terrace with its monumental sculptures and lush plants is practically in the water, and the entrance is designed like a Parisian subway. It’s so realistic it might make visitors from the French capital slightly disoriented. If you do feel dizzy sit down in the brasserie section where the wood and shiny metal design is post-modern perfection and the menu – a constantly changing four seasons special – is creamy, rich and traditional. Of course the wines and drinks are top of the world and there are few more beautiful places to sip a campari cocktail of an evening than on the terrace. Don’t be surprised to see the likes of David Coulthard, Jacques Villeneuve or Emmanuelle Beart sitting at the tables next to you.
