House of Blues

Amid the tack of the tourist bars of the French quarter there’s still the odd classic that harks back to old days. A music hall with a constant line up of national and international stars. House of Blues includes a large restaurant with an outdoor patio and a tall-backed bar where the drink is bourbon and the sound is the blues. Check out Parish, a smaller room inside that hosts more intimate concerts. It’s like wandering into a prohibition-era speakeasy.
