New York City-Upper Manhattan

Suitably named after the ancient Greek vases that carried wine, Anfora is a relatively new bar on the block. With curved brown leather seats, bare brick walls and mini olive trees, this little bar is perfect for a relaxed night with a cold cocktail in your hands. The Mediterranean/ New York themed restaurant has become rather popular among locals for its great drinks and relaxed atmosphere.
The easy to navigate menu helps customers choose the right drink for the occasion, by having images of the delicious drinks beside the name, showing that the beverages here are of a good standard. Top tip: give the cocktail ‘blue angel’ a try- which is a mix of rum, blueberry-lemongrass kombucha, lime and bitters. For those looking for something more substantial-the food menu plays host to many amazing Mediterranean dishes such as lamb ragù sliders and grilled cheese with prosciutto cotto.
The tasty drinks menu is from an international selection, which are made and imported from organic, biodynamic and sustainable vineyards. They have a rather full liquor and beer menu too, which is definitely worth a try. Anfora’s staff members are lovely and are always ready to help pour you another drink.
