Bosscat Kitchen and Libations is the ideal ‘southern’ food and drink destination. The slightly country themed bar is perfect for whisky and bourbon lovers especially if you like ‘tasting’ events.
Having a brunch and dinner menu along with a Sunday supper menu is just one of Chef Peter Petros bright ideas. With over twenty years’ experience in the food industry and an extensive list of achievements under his belt, chef Petros knows what he’s doing with southern food. While we have been told how amazing the duroc pork belly poutine is, we recommend going for the short rib chilaquiles. It is chillies, duck fat fried egg, cheese, avocado and sour crème inside corn tortillas! We hear that the brick chicken with avocado and egg is ultra tasty too.
If you have more of a sour tooth, try the Bosscat cocktail which is a blend of bitters, bourbon, rosemary, basil and lemons! If you’re after the harder stuff on the menu, then you’re in luck. With over 100 whiskeys and bourbons to choose from, you are seriously spoilt for choice. There is a whisky tasting room too which switches up its drinks monthly, so If you’re stuck for choice maybe try a few first!
