If you have a thirst for fun, then head for the desert. For there you’ll find Hunters, unassuming by day, a palace of pleasure by night. Blue lights, music so loud it makes the cars jump outside and a vast dance floor on which to gyrate. Tiny water jets line the top of the building and spray a fine mist over the smokers on the patio, presumably putting out their cigarettes. The bar staff are more than equal to mixing most cocktails. For the sheer novelty value, ask them to create a Pousse-café, a stripy layered cocktail made from grenadine, yellow chartreuse, creme de cacao, green chartreuse and brandy. Primarily a gay bar, a general mix of clientele can be found here as well.
