Beeline to the bright island bar and you’ll discover a drinks menu which includes both classic cocktails as well as a collection of house creations with cinematic names.

The 123 Sébastopol is a seriously stylish new 4 star hotel near the Opera and Marais areas. It has a distinctive look, a very cinematic in influence, and this is evident in all its sleek, chic public area as well as its attractive bar too. This elegant space boasts distinctive tables which are supported by the legs of camera tripods, some subtle movie memorabilia, a series of armchairs created exclusively for Claude Lelouch by Philippe Maidenberg, and there are film-set spotlights hanging from the ceiling (there’s even a red carpet, naturally). Beeline to the bright island bar and you’ll discover a drinks menu which includes both classic cocktails – often inspired by the drinks in equally classic films – as well as a collection of house creations with cinematic names. The Palme d’or is a potent delight. The bar itself is beautifully light, with a glass ceiling and walls to let in the sun and a lovely little terrace area for outdoor drinking.
