The Hidden Kitchen Supper Club, run by American ex-pats Laura Adrian and Braden Perkins, has been serving up delicious experiences for a while to a lucky few. Now the same team are going public, opening Verjus, a wine bar and restaurant located on the historic Palais Royale area where you’ll be able to sample Braden’s superb cooking alongside a small, well-chosen selection of fantastic wines from small producers. The bar is on the small side but the place exudes atmosphere and it’s worth holding out for a seat. Some pan-roasted clams or crispy pork belly teamed with a glass or two fruity red is our idea of a top night out.
