The interior is seductive and dimly lit, all bare brick and white walls, a combination that’s made it a hit with the area’s stylish types. The cocktails range from classics to their own inventive creations. Try their aged take on the Negroni or if you’re feeling particularly adventurous, the Fat Beets, a quirky but surprisingly successful drink made with beet juice. Their menu of small plates is also well worth exploring, featuring intriguing dishes like veal carpaccio and haddock tapenade. The wine list is excellent too, making this one of the stand-out bars in increasingly vibrant SoPi.
