Pierre Gagnaire is one of the best chefs in the world and this, his latest venture, is definitely worth your time. A fish restaurant primarily, it has seaweed-motif tables and a fish-scale carpet, and most importantly lets the not quite so minted enter Gagnaire’s world. Dishes are divided into the ‘noble’ and ‘modest’ and, this being Paris, the wine list is a thing of beauty.
