Hula Bula

Hula Bula is a contender for the best Tiki Bar in Australia. It’s an almost hallucinatory space, a film set of bar. There’s tiki paraphernalia filling every corner, an explosion of kitsch, there’s not wall or shelf unadorned by bamboo, palm leaves, and ceramic monkey heads. The cocktails are equally colourful and the bartenders are both famously friendly and well skilled in the art of crafting the perfect tiki drink. The Mai Tais are text book and the atmosphere is lively and infectious.
