Housed in a magnificent historic building in Porto, Radio is an eclectic combination of club and bar, concert venue, and cool courtyard.

Located in a gorgeous historic building in the heart of Porto, Radio impresses all who tune in with both its sense of style and musical taste.

Everything starts with the space Radio resides in, which is an absolute stunner. Dating back to the 19th century, the faded stone facade of the building is balanced out brilliantly by colorful, quintessentially-Portuguese tiles, a wrought-iron balcony, and elegant arched windows. Once inside, the aesthetics continue to impress as entering the spacious bar feels more like arriving at a grand house than a nightlife venue, complete with splendid staircases, ornate moldings, and soaring ceilings. The decor though is mostly sleek and modern, with exceptions being one room adorned with dozens of vintage radios and the leafy rustic courtyard, which is one of the city’s finest places to enjoy al fresco cocktails.

As the name would suggest, music makes Radio’s world go around, and each and every night it plays a large role in the agenda at the bar. Whether it’s the sounds from the house DJs that play a fun and punchy mix of rock, pop, and funk, or the live concerts of all genres that have been known to take place in nearly each and every room at Radio, the bar has music lovers covered.  As an added bonus, you won’t have to break the bank to have fun here, as the bar has garnered a reputation for being one of the most budget-friendly bars in all of Porto, especially during their legendary happy hour.
