The chef came to Brazil in the 1960s and has been honing his craft ever since. The restaurant is known for its fresh seafood and its inventive fusing of Western and Japanese ingredients. The room is Japanese in style with a light, airy feel, thanks to the use of natural materials in the decor. There’s a tatami room for a more traditional experience and a terrace for sipping sake on a summer evening.
