Late Night Drinking
May 11, 2018
Put on your Sunday best and break out the credit card! Seattle has a love affair with this multigenerational, big-ticket restaurant; everyone seems to have celebrated a special occasion here. Dinner will cost you a pretty penny, but a seat at the no-reservations lounge can be yours for much less. Enjoy the view, listen to some live piano music, and enjoy a few fancy bar menu bites, all with a delicious cocktail in hand. Perhaps a Lasky? A 1930s cocktail first created by Harry Craddock, with gin, arrack punch & Pinot noir grape juice. This is a white-tablecloth kind of place, so leave the jeans and sandals at home and be prepared for cocktail sticker-shock. Where else, though, is the valet is going to magically have your car waiting for you when you leave, even though you were never handed a ticket? Canlis magic!
