Fashionable, modern, industrial-style restaurant in bopping Belltown, perfect for monkfish and a martini before hitting the nearby clubs or bars late on. Interior is clean and crisp (if music is a little noisy) and the menu features seafood with a spicy Asian twist, that Pan-Pacific fare that’s so hip in the North West. Dishes include salt and pepper Dungeness crab and fried snapper with pineapple anchovy chutney but every cocktail you can think of is on the drink list and you can just prop up the bar with a Manhattan if you want to. It’s popular though, book about a week in advance to get in.
