Naga is the acclaimed cocktail bar of Bellevue’s Chantanee Thai. Having reopened in the swish Key Centre Building in February 2009, Naga serves some of the best drinks in the city, no question about it. The talented bar tenders are au fait with the classics but are also not afraid to experiment. Andrew Bohrer’s craft cocktails include a Betsey Ross made with port, cognac and egg and a number of exciting absinthe drinks. Their syrups and tinctures are all made in house and some of their more unexpected ingredients include a bacon-infused bourbon. These are truly original concoctions, designed for the more adventurous drinker, and the ideal foil for the fresh and flavourful Thai food served in the main restaurant. A very generous happy hour makes this place even more appealing.
