The Wick at Both Ends is a music-led bar on West Street. Housed in the building formerly known as Muse, this is comfortable, relaxed space, great for unwinding after work. The interior is stylish with bare brickwork, smart maroon leather sofas and a fireplace. They do a nice line in cocktails – including DIY bellinis and have a tempting food menu too (the Guardian recently sang their praises); their Sunday roast is definitely worth your time and prices are eminently reasonable.
