The ultimate summer hotspot on the beach in Sopot, The Roof reigns as a luxurious locale to sip spirits, bubbly, and dance the night (or morning) away.

One of the swankiest spots to party in the Polish seaside resort of Sopot, The Roof is undoubtedly the place to be seen sipping a sundowner in the summer. Located on the top floor of the Zatoka Sztuki Beach Club, The Roof brings the best of beachside nightlife to Sopot with cutting-edge music, elaborate theme parties, and a sun-soaked scene that lasts well into the wee hours.    Home to a clean, nearly all-white decor, The Roof is as light and airy as its terrace location, with the only splashes of color coming from moody purple, blue, and pink mood lighting. The venue is home to a stunning view of the Baltic Sea, and from a perch on the edge of the space you can see nothing but water ahead of you, and if you are lucky, the sun sinking (or rising, if you stay up late enough) over it.   No summer night is ordinary at The Roof, as parties hosted by premium spirits and champagne brands are par for the course, and result in exuberant fiestas like the recent Escape to Paradise, which featured waitresses clad in green leaves and an assortment of exotic animals, and Ibiza Night, which starred flamboyant ‘Carnival-style’ dancers. The crowd is sharp-dressed, stylish, and usually sporting a fresh tan, but they still like to let loose and have a good time, and these festivities are fueled by a DJ contingent that can compete with the best in Europe.  Photo credit:
