In the heart of dizzying Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv, Concierge is currently taking cocktails to giddy new heights of creativity, craftsmanship, and most of all fun.
It all starts with the decor at Concierge, as they have created the perfect eclectic home for their culinary and cocktail delights. Much like the menu, the fittings and furnishings are vintage-inspired, but certainly have a modern twist to them. Outside, you’ll spot ‘80s-style street art, and once inside, you are surrounded by a jigsaw of marble, wood, leather, copper, egg-crate ceilings, palms, and low light. The bar feels very ‘global travellers club’, and their cocktails will certainly whisk you away on an adventure.
Many tipples skew toward the tropical, with outrageous (in a good way, we assure you) presentations commonplace – think skulls, steins topped with plastic toys, and fancy feathers. A few of our favorites are the Jungle Boogie (botanical bitters, coconut, passionfruit, pineapple, mango, and lime) the Chili Con Mango (rum, chilli, lime, passionfruit and mango) and the Brain Freeze (vodka, Italian aperitif, watermelon syrup, lemongrass, lime, and egg white). Quality wine, beer, and food offerings complement the cocktails, and we wouldn’t be surprised at all to see Concierge become the number one tip doled out by the city’s most discerning hotel hosts.
