Part pub, part lounge bar, this is a rowdy late night gem down a cobbled side street in the magnificent old town. You enter a stylish wooden bar with chairs and stools, packed with good-looking trendies, intellectuals and artists. Next door is a barn-like hall with a wooden balcony overlooking the dance floor and the stage. Bands and DJs get the young crowd rocking, shots of local Starcka rum cost next to nothing and you can chew on weird Lithuanian snacks while you watch all the flirting on the floor. It was packed at 4am on the Thursday we were there. What’s it like on a weekend?
