    Dating back to the nineteenth century, the whiskey sour is a classic cocktail in every sense. Traditionally a mix of whiskey or Bourbon with lemon juice to give its sour note and sugar to take the edge off, along with a dash of egg white, it is shaken and served either straight or over ice.
