Originally made at New York's Milk & Honey back in 2003. This recipe is also featured in the famous PDT Cocktail Book. It's a perfect summer cocktail and a good alternative to the more acclaimed Gin or Vodka cocktails.
• Start with a chill glass
• Add Powers, honey syrup* & lemon juice to a shaker
• Add ice and shake
• Double strain and pour over ice
• Garnish with a lemon twist
*honey syrup is a substitute to simple syrup. 1:1 honey to water
