    The Art of Living

The Art of Living cocktail by Death and Company

The bartender wanted to make a herbaceous and spirituous cocktail, that was still light. It being summer snap peas seemed an obvious choice to infuse into the tequila which gives it a great vegetal note. The botanicals in the gin and the herbal notes in the yellow chartreuse play really with the infusion. The absinthe and Suze orange bitters, give it a nice undertone of gentian notes that round this cocktail out and bring it all together.
