The Jasmine-Apricot 75, a twist on the classic French 75, exemplifies the sophisticated fusion that Bar Goto excels at in its cocktails – and this drink is easy enough to recreate at home. The citrusy, sparkling cocktail is appropriate any time of year, whether you’re curled up under a blanket or sipping spritzers on a patio in the springtime.

Shake this drink up before a night out on the town, or enjoy it at home with a few Japanese snacks, just like patrons at New York’s Bar Goto. If you’re hosting a cocktail party, or just love this drink, don’t be shy about infusing an entire bottle of gin with Jasmine tea or even batching this cocktail and topping it off with Champagne brut just before serving in a coupe garnished with a skewered, dry apricot for the full bar-like experience. Ingredients:

  • 1.25 oz Jasmine tea infused Portobello Road Gin
  • 0.75 oz Apricot liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz Champagne Brut

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients except for Champagne in a tin.
  • Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Top with Champagne.
