Spring weather can be notably capricious, so for those rainy days where going out is simply out of the question, there’s nothing like a good old Netflix sesh’ to turn your frown upside down.

And with a side of homemade cocktails? Even better. So get your cozy viewing set up ready, put on your nicest sweatpants, and let’s get shaking.

Bridgerton – Earl Grey Martini

Combine 1 1/2 oz Earl Grey-infused gin, 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup and 1 egg white into a shaker without ice and dry-shake until frothy (about 15 seconds). Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled, lavender sugar-rimmed coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

For the Earl Grey-infused gin, add 1/4 cup Earl Grey tea leaves into a 750 mL bottle of good quality, high-proof dry gin and shake. Let sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours and up to 8. Strain the gin through a coffee filter or a fine-mesh sieve into another container, rinse the bottle and funnel the infused gin back in. Keep in the fridge after use.

Russian Doll – Cherry Manhattan

Combine 1 oz bourbon whiskey, 5/6 oz Martini Rosso sweet vermouth, 2/3 oz straight rye whiskey, 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, 1/4 oz Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur and 4 drops of vanilla bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.

Selling Sunset – Beverly Hills Hotel Cocktail

Combine 1 2/3 oz dry gin, 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and 1 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
