Next-level big-batch Margaritas to celebrate everyone’s favorite season

Summer is finally here! In our book, this means Margarita season is officially open.
Because nothing gets a summer party going like ice cold Margaritas. As easy as they are delicious and fun, try these sexy big-batch variations for your next sunny get-together.
Pineapple-Jalapeño Margaritas
For 10 servings
Combine 4 1/2 cups pineapple juice, 1 1/2 cups tequila, 1/2 cup jalapeño simple syrup, 1/2 cup lime juice and a couple of sliced jalapeños in a large pitcher and stir. Keep in the fridge until chilled while you wait for your guests to arrive. At the moment of serving, top with 1 cup (8 oz) chilled sparkling water and stir gently before pouring over plenty of ice.
For the jalapeño simple syrup
Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup water and 3 halved jalapeños to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow the jalapeños to steep some more, around 10-15 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate after use.
Pink Champagne Margaritas
For 6 servings
Add 4 cups pink lemonade, 1 cup tequila, 1 cup triple sec, 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice and a few lime slices to a pitcher, stir and leave to chill. Once your guests have arrived, top with 2 cups chilled champagne and serve in pink sugar or salt-rimmed champagne flutes.
Cherry Margaritas
For 8 servings
Blend 16 oz frozen pitted cherries thawed overnight, with their juices,on high speed until silky smooth. Combine with 1 ½ cups tequila, 1 cup Cointreau, 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup unsweetened cherry juice and simple syrup or agave to taste in a large pitcher with ice.Stir well and serve over ice with fresh limes and cherries for garnish.
