1. Moscow Mule

Fill a mule mug or rocks glass with ice cubes.
Add 1½ parts vodka.
Add ½ part freshly squeezed lime juice.
Top up with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
2. Screwdriver

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add 1½ parts vodka and 5 parts orange juice.
Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
3. Caipiroska

Add 1½ parts vodka into a rocks glass.
Add ⅔ part simple syrup or 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
Add 4 lime wedges and muddle. Fill with crushed ice, stir and serve.
4. Vodka Martini

Measure 1½ parts vodka and ¼ part dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker, along with a cup of ice.
Shake until it’s properly chilled – the shaker should be cold to the touch.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive or two and serve.
5. Black Russian

Pour 5 parts vodka into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Add 2 parts Kahlúa.
Stir gently and serve.
