From dulcet melodies to power ballads, here are our favorite, cheesiest classics to blast out on your speaker this Valentine’s Day, with their perfect cocktail alter ego to match.

Chocolate Martini feat. The Bangles – Eternal Flame

Rim your cocktail glass by dipping it into a plate with chocolate liqueur, followed by a plate with cocoa powder. Combine 1 oz chocolate liqueur, 1 oz creme de cacao, 1 oz vodka and 1/2 oz half-and-half into an ice-filled shaker and shake well until cold.

Strain into your rimmed glass and enjoy.

Bitter Hearts Know Better feat. Bonnie Tyler — Total Eclipse Of The Heart

First rim a chilled coupe glass in a plate with pink sugar, and set aside. Combine
2oz hibiscus-infused gin
, 1/2 oz Lo-Fi gentian amaro, 1 oz lime juice and 3/4 oz simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake until cold, strain into your prepared coupe glass and enjoy.

Fallen Angel feat. Robbie Williams — Angels

Combine 1 2/3 oz dry gin, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 1/12 oz crème de menthe, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1 dash Angostura and 1/2 pinch of salt into a shaker with ice. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf, serve and enjoy.
